CULTURAL DIALOGUE 2015 – TORONTO
In the spirit of promoting understanding in today’s globalized economy, the Canada-China Economic Growth Alliance (CCEGA) in cooperation with the Canadian Fund for International Understanding through Culture (Can4Culture) organized and hosted the 4th Canada-China Cultural Dialogue 2015 dedicated to a better understanding of the linkages between business and culture.
This forum brought together a panel of distinguished Canadian and Chinese cultural and corporate leaders to share their valuable insights gained from their years of experience in managing and conducting successful and profitable cross-cultural business enterprises and cultural ventures; and to examine and discuss existing and emerging global challenges.
The Dialogues provided a platform for forging new connections and developing opportunities based on this extraordinary exchange of ideas. Participants included owners and senior executives of successful business and cultural organizations from China and Canada.
The 4th Canada-China Cultural Dialogue builds on previous successes. Our past Dialogues were created through innovative thinking, creative spirits and valuable partnerships with Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada, Canadian Heritage and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Canada.
Partners in the organization of this forum included the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, a Chinese non-governmental organization in special consultative status with the United Nations. Its purpose is the promotion of friendship and mutual understanding between the Chinese people and peoples throughout the world.
